What this site collects
One thing: the email address you type into the beta form, and which page you typed it on. Nothing else — no name, no phone number, no payment details, and no account.
Why
To send you a TestFlight invite for the OFC Poker iOS beta, and to tell you when there's a new build. That's the only use. The page you signed up from tells us which guides bring in beta testers, which is how we decide what to write next.
Where it's stored
On our own server (a Postgres database hosted in the EU), not in a third-party marketing platform. The invite emails are sent through Resend, which processes the address in order to deliver the message.
It is never sold, never shared and never passed to an advertising network.
How to get it deleted
Reply to any email we send you and say so, or write to hello@ofc-poker.app. The row is deleted, not flagged. You don't have to give a reason and you won't get a retention offer.
Analytics
We use DataFast, which is cookieless: it counts page views and beta signups in aggregate and does not set a cookie, build a profile or track you across other sites. Because there is no cookie and no personal data stored, there is no consent banner — there's nothing to consent to.
Cookies
This website sets none. No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no session cookies. If your browser shows a cookie from this domain, something is wrong and we'd like to hear about it.
The app is separate
The OFC Poker app plays without an account and stores your progress on your device. It only ever holds an email address if you attach one yourself, in Settings, to move your progress to another phone — and then it's used solely to send a one-time login code. The app's full privacy notice ships inside the app.
Your rights
If you're in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, export or delete what we hold, and to object to processing. Since what we hold is one email address, exercising any of those takes one message to hello@ofc-poker.app. The legal basis for storing it is your consent, given by submitting the form, and withdrawn whenever you say so.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with your email, the people on the list get told by email. Otherwise the date at the top moves.
Who we are
OFC Poker is made by an independent developer, not a company with a compliance department. Contact: hello@ofc-poker.app.
