No gambling

This site and the OFC Poker app involve no real-money gambling. The coins, stakes and trophies in the app are play money with no cash value, cannot be bought, cannot be cashed out and cannot be transferred.

The guides on this site explain a card game that people sometimes play for money among themselves. Whether that's legal where you are is your business, and nothing here is an invitation to bet.

The content

The rules, charts and strategy on this site are written as accurately as we can manage, and the scoring figures match the engine the app runs. But house rules vary between tables and rooms — where a rule commonly differs, the page says so. Agree your house rules before playing for anything that matters. We're not liable for an argument at your kitchen table.

The beta

Beta access is free and provided as-is. Builds are unfinished software: expect bugs, expect features to change, and expect that in-game progress may be reset between builds. We may end the beta or change how it works at any time.

The invite is distributed through Apple TestFlight and is subject to Apple's TestFlight terms as well as these.

Fair use of the site

Read it, link to it, quote it with attribution. Don't scrape it to republish wholesale, and don't hammer the signup endpoint — it's rate-limited and abuse just gets the address blocked.

Liability

The site is provided without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from using it or from acting on what it says.
